The Country's Biggest Holdings Invest In Maku Free Zone

Referring to the willingness of big holding companies to invest in Maku Free Zone, Gholamreza Soleimani, Managing director of Maku free zone organization, said: the holding company of Imam Khomeini's Relief Foundation is also seeking to establish an animal husbandry and slaughterhouse to import five thousand light live livestock and five thousand heavy livestock. The project will cost over 2500 billion Rial and will provide direct employment for nearly 300 people.

Managing director of Maku Free Zone Organization announced that 50,000 light livestock have been pre-ordered in order to supply red meat for the New Year Eve in the country and said: "These livestock are purchased from a European Union member and will enter the country from Turkey - Maku Free Zone route.
